Sponsorship Packages

KCKA averages more than 450 race entries per season, with drivers, families, and supporters traveling from as far as Topeka to the west and Texas to the south. Each race day draws 50 to 100 spectators from the Liberty community, alumni racers, and the broader Kansas City karting network. KCKA is a registered Missouri association and a 501(c)(7) nonprofit. A sponsorship with the club puts your business in front of a loyal, motorsport-engaged audience every race weekend of the season.

Sign Sponsor

Sponsor-provided banner along the fence line.

  • Banner on the fence, up to 3′ × 6′ (sponsor provides the sign)

General Sponsor

$200 / year

Your logo travels with the club all season.

  • Everything included in the Sign Sponsor package
  • Logo on the season club T-shirt (artwork due by March 1)
  • Logo in club newsletters and publications

Business Sponsor

$250 / year

Digital presence and a vendor booth on race day.

  • Everything included in the General Sponsor package

Liberty Cup Sponsor

Title sponsor of the club's marquee two-race series.

Racing Sponsor

$1,000 / year

Logo placement across every KCKA race promotion.

  • Advertising on every promotional flyer and social media post for each race

Series Sponsor

$5,000 / year

Designate your product as the series-wide standard.

  • Everything included in the Racing Sponsor package
  • Your product specified for use throughout the series (tires, fuel, transponders, or similar)

Track Sponsor

$25,000 / 5 years

Naming rights to the track for a five-year term.

  • Track named after the sponsor for five years (for example, “Sponsor Name Raceway”)
  • Sponsor name on the track's monument sign along Missouri State Highway B

Sponsorships run from March 1 through February 28. Fees are not pro-rated, and sponsorships are non-refundable.
